Product Introduction

    The whirl noise-reducing special single standpipe drainage system which is developed independently by our company and has such features as huge drainage volume, low noise, raw materials saving, fast installation, etc. This system consists of only one single drainage standpipe, which drains water, ventilates air and reduces noise, offsetting such shortcomings as small flow volume of existing ordinary single standpipe and high costs of ordinary double standpipe systems. Product features

1.Great drainage capacity

The combination of the spiral ribs on the internal wall of the pipes and the guiding blades inside the pipe fitting make water flow in the standpipe down the internal wall to form whirls and an air channel in the center of the pipe. The water and air flow separately which boosts the drainage capacity. The swirling tee make incoming water of branch be tangential and the membrane-breaking device forms a branch air channel which reduces intra-pipe pressure fluctuations and protect the water seal from damage, and to realize air discharge and water drainage in one single standpipe.

2.Effectively reducing noise

 The water flows along the internal wall of the pipe, which reduces collision of water flow with air flow and collision of water flow with the internal wall, and thus effectively reduces drainage noise and enhances comfort.

The single standpipe system don’t need a air standpipe, which reduces costs and space for installation, and therefore more economical.
