Product Introduction
Polyethylene of Raised Temperature Resistance (hereinafter referred to be PE-RT) is made under chemical copolymerization action between ethene monomer and octene monomer. It has retained the original healthy performance and processing performance of PE, and has also strengthened the heat resistance. It is a new special material for hot and cold water pipes. PE-RT is a medium-density polyethylene with a very stable performance, its unique linear ethylene main chain and octene short-chain structure enables it to possess good toughness and performance of long-term resistance to water pressure. Pipes made from this raw material are widely used in hot water transmission and heating in the building, its expected service life under normal use conditions is 50 years.
PE-RT pipes produced by Chuanlu Group are made from imported PE-RT raw materials, the materials have passed through strict and scientific testing by international professional testing organization Bodycote (Bodycote is the world's recognized authoritative organization for long-term performance testing of polymer materials), the raw materials are prove to be qualified for hot water pipes.

1.Good Contour Machining
PE-RT is a medium-density Polyethylene of Raised Temperature Resistance, it needs not cross-linking during production and processing, so the quality is easy to be controlled, it is stable and reliable.
2.Good Long-term Hydrostatic Performance
PE-RT uses the ethylene and octene as comonomer, and controls the molecular weight and the "chain segment" distribution through appropriate molecular design, so as to achieve high temperature resistance and good long-term hydrostatic performance, provided that there is no cross-linking.
3.Good Impact Resistance
PE-RT is a copolymer resin with higher molecular weight, its unique linear ethylene main chain and octane short-chain branch enables its good impact resistance.
4.Easy Installation
Compared to other pipes, PE-RT pipe is very flexible and is easy to be bended, PE-RT pipe can facilitate the transportation and installation of pipelines and greatly reduce the construction cost. The unique "stress relaxation performance" and hot melt connection mode can reduce the quality of accidents.
5.Superior Than Thermal Conductivity of Other Materials
Coefficient of thermal conductivity of PE-RT is 0.4w/mk, equivalent to PE-X, much higher than 0.22w/mk of PP-R, and can improve the thermal conduction efficiency in heating application.

PE-RT pipe production process does not need other processing additives and does not produce harmful substances, it can reach food health standards, the material properties are stable and reliable, and can effectively prevent the secondary pollution of water supply.
