Product Introduction ：
Chuanlu PP-R (Polypropylene Random) Pipes & Fittings for Cold/Hot Water Supply are made from the imported raw materials. National standard: GB/T18742-2002. The products are gray, white and green.
Chuanlu PP-R pipe is used for conveying hot water according to Level 2, namely, the pipe still has good physical and mechanical properties after long-term use at 70 ℃.
Product Features：
In addition to light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, no scaling, long service life, PP-R pipe has the following features, if compared with common plastic pipes.
1.Sanitation and Environmental Protection
PP-R material is a hydrocarbon with high molecular weight, insoluble in water, biologically inert, it causes no damage to the groundwater and soil. In the production and processing, it does not produce harmful substances, it has very good water extraction resistance if used at high-temperature, so the water will not produce odor, and will meet food sanitation standard, it has been approved by the sanitation authorities of China, the United States and European countries. PP-R material can be recycled and used, so it is an environmental friendly material.
2.Good heat resistance and heat insulation property
Chuanlu PP-R hot water pipe can be used for a long term at 70℃, temperature can be up to 95℃ instant, which can meet the requirement for supplying the hot water in the building.
Thermal conductivity of PP-R pipe is 0.23-0.24w/m℃, which is the lowest in various pipes available. In general cases, heat insulation measures are not required for f PP-R pipe used for hot water system, so PP-R pipe is also a very good energy-saving pipe.
3. Easy and reliable installation & connection
PP-R pipes and fittings are made from same type of raw materials with good hot-melt welding. The joint can reach fusion at the molecular level, making it into a whole, and ensure higher reliability, if compared with solvent welding and flexible connection.
